language arts,

2. At least two letters of recommendation are required with at least one from an with professional qualifications (teacher, counselor, psychologist, etc.) explaining excellence in math and/ or language arts and financial need,

3. A sample of their work,

4. A 1-page composition about why you feel you qualify and why you want the scholarship. How would the scholarship be used? (Examples can include but are not limited to: music lessons, new musical instrument, summer program, weekend program, academic competition or private school tuition,

5. Evidence of financial need.
